Metro DNA staff and Executive Committee members were excited to see the progress of pollinator projects in Longmont during August 2026. Two site visits took us to Rogers Grove Park and the Memorial Rose Garden at Roosevelt Park.

Metro DNA has published an engaging story map describing the Regional Vision for People and Nature, the process to get there, and the coalition as a whole.

We recently visited two new and thriving community gardens in West Denver that Metro DNA helped to fund. The Martinez Park and Crumley Park Community Food Forests are part of the Dig Deeper in Denver Initiative (DDI).

After helping lead the Metro DNA Regional Equity Assessment a few years ago, Sara Rose Tannenbaum is thrilled to be joining the Metro DNA team once again! 

The Metro DNA bi-annual Partner Convening brings the Metro DNA community together. Successful projects are highlighted, as well as the latest grant awards.

The Metro Denver Nature Alliance has released its Regional Vision for People and Nature, a community‑driven roadmap outlining shared values, priorities, and strategies to expand equitable access to the outdoors and strengthen conservation and recreation across the Denver metro region.
